Payment T&C's First time customers must pay for their initial service/s by credit or debit card at time of booking.
Each service will be individually detailed & dated within each invoice
Multiple job locations/ job numbers requiring separate invoices must be communicated at time of booking
Payment Terms - On date of invoice
Account Holders are not extended Commercial Credit.
Accounts will be withdrawn if the Account Holder consistently fails to pay in a timely fashion according to our Terms & Conditions.
Nonpayment of Invoices beyond our terms will be passed to our Debt Recovery Agency, Sinclair Goldberg Price Ltd.
All accounts, *without exception*, will be subject to a surcharge of 15% plus VAT recovery fee. These accounts will also be subject to any legal costs incurred in obtaining settlement.
If a job is cancelled by you (the Customer) with 24 hours notice or less you may still be liable to pay the full fee

*A fee of £100 plus VAT will be charged in the following circumstances: - If a load is found to be unsuitable for collection due to the presence of any contaminate not mentioned at time of booking - The load was not adequately described at time of booking - The load contains additional waste not mentioned at time of booking - There is insufficient access for the vehicle to attend the site
